The National Summer Learning Association’s (NSLA) Summer Learning Summit is the only conference exclusively focused on summer learning. Our Summit is scheduled for October 9-11th at the historic Mayflower Hotel, 11127 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20036. The Summit is an opportunity for stakeholders in the summer learning movement to share resources, best practices, and solutions to ensure every young person in America can access and participate in life-changing experiences every summer. Exhibitors will gain access to a prime national audience of over 1,000 summer program leaders, school officials, educators, policymakers, and advocates looking for effective tools to accelerate achievement, more than two-thirds of whom are directly responsible or highly influential over purchasing decisions.

NSLA believes our Exhibitors are an important part of our Summit community of thought leaders in the summer learning space. We invite, want, and expect all of our Exhibitors to be fully engaged throughout the Summit beyond the booth by participating in learning sessions, having conversations over breakfast, being inspired by a keynote speaker at a plenary, leading a product demonstration, speaking on a panel, connecting with new prospects at the Welcome Reception, reconnecting with old partners over desserts at our Anniversary Dinner and having many more memorable moments like these. We know our Exhibitors bring so many innovative solutions and resources that are vital to solving the challenges we face as summer learning advocates.  

With this in mind, we have created a schedule that intentionally allows and encourages Exhibitors to jump into other Summit activities outside of Innovation Hall during times when the Hall will be closed. Please take advantage of the many ways you can integrate your brand throughout the Summit and create authentic opportunities to connect with attendees in meaningful ways.

Please note, depending on the exhibitor package that is purchased, at least one or more Summit registrations are included.  In addition to the learning sessions and plenaries, each Summit registration includes five on-site meals, three cocktail receptions, and access to the private Museum experience Tuesday evening.
